Our gin is made from the finest botanicals and locally foraged pine, it is distilled using a traditional copper still in our Cornish gin distillery. Using this hand crafted London Dry method creates a fresh crisp flavour that has high citrus tones complimented by notes of pine.

Delicious on it’s own, but even better when personalised. Our revolutionary spirit includes ”infusion pockets”  which provide an extra flavour hit. Simply add these Jellyfish Gin pockets to change the colour and taste of your gin. Each infusion pocket is stuffed with hand selected dried botanicals that release an injection of orange flavour and colour when mixed into your Jellyfish Gin.
